PICTURES OF PRACTICE: Stories From the Field
A core component of Agency by Design Oakland is our Teacher Fellowship, a yearly cohort of Oakland educators who participate in a professional learning community focusing on maker-centered learning and teacher-led inquiry. Over the course of their fellowship, each teacher designs an inquiry question and completes action research in the classroom. Our #pictureofpractice series makes visible the thinking and rigorous work educators engage in and provides an archive for how Oakland educators are experimenting with Agency by Design and maker-centered learning ideas.
